Most buffets require staff on site for set-up, service, and clean-up. We have a minimum charge of $60.00 ($15.00 per hour, minimum of four hours) for staff personnel. Buffets will include table cloth, skirt, and centerpiece.
All prices include coffee, coffee set-ups, plates, napkins, plastic ware and salt & pepper. Up-scale clear or colored plastic ware can be added at $1.00 more per person.
